Many cancer patients experience fatigue during cancer treatment. In fact, it's one of the most common cancer treatment side effects. But fatigue treatment is available. Exercise is one of the most effective ways to ease cancer-related fatigue is exercise, says Carmen Escalante, M.D., director of the Cancer-Related Fatigue Clinic at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
