The Gene Analysis Shared Resource provides state-of-the-art genomics technologies to Mayo Clinic Cancer Center investigators for studying gene structure and function. The Gene Analysis Shared Resource provides expertise, instrumentation, and coordinated support for nucleic acid sequencing, gene expression profiling, and genotyping. It also provides NextGen sequencing and gene expression regulation through RNAi analysis.
